Cherry Fruit Bowl #288C

Marigold/Mulberry Cherry oval fruit bowl with a unique wavy rim that cannot be replicated! 220x205x80mm
 
Turned with hand forged hook tools from unseasoned "green" cherry wood on my 100% non-electric spring pole lathe, then buried in wood shavings and shelved for several weeks to dry into this unique shape, before finishing the interior to a smooth finish with metal scrapers.
As with all my bowls, textured exterior in organic milk paint, and sealed with flaxseed oil and beeswax.
